 Jay Gregston, M.D. Dr. Gregston was born in Duncan, Oklahoma and is a 1996 distinguished graduate from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Dr. Jay Gregston completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City in 2000. He served as Co-Director of the Emergency Department at Duncan Regional Hospital from 2001-2005.

 Rhonda Sparks, M.D. Dr. Sparks graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1994 and completed her residency training in Family Medicine at the OU Health Sciences Center, Oklahoma City in 1997. Rhonda is an Associate Professor in the Department of Family Medicine OUHSC and this year’s recipient of the prestigious Stanton L. Young Master Teacher Award.  Debbie Holder, PA-C Ms. Holder graduated with distinction from the Physician Associate Program at the University of Oklahoma in 1993. Prior to becoming an owner/provider at UrgentMed
Care, Debbie served eight years in the emergency department at Duncan Regional Hospital and nine years with the Tuttle and TriCity Family Care Centers. Her career in emergency and family practice medicine is the perfect combination for her UMC practice. Ms. Holder shares, “I was the first PA in the TriCity area. My community is filled with caring and very supportive people. I feel blessed with my position here at the clinic, and the healthcare we provide for the folks in this area.” |
